Haha…been some time ago I keep on saying I want to bake here in US.
Hard to resist as their oven is so big compared to ours at home just small oven only.
The week before last, finally got 2 baking pan from ross for $3.99, a egg smasher for ~$2 and 12 silicon cup cake mold for $5.99. And got all my carrot cake ingredients from Winco. Carrot cake because it’s simple I guess 
Recipe I got it from food network 
It’s pretty simple, I choose the one with “Easy” level, with most star and with high rating. I modified myself one ingredient which is the orange juice to be vanilla extract as I don’t drink orange juice, buying whole bottle for just 2 tablespoon doesn’t seemed quite right. Haha..anyway, it turns out nice still …Successful…
